Crossbow Training Game with Wii Zapper Controller (Link from Zelda)
This package includes a Wii Zapper and Link's Crossbow Training game.
By placing your Wii Remote and Nunchuk into the Wii Zapper you will turn them into a gun peripheral to use on the included game or many other titles.
In Links Crossbow Training players use the Wii Remote in the Wii Zapper to aim at targets on the screen, with the Nunchuk controlling movement. On the Wii Remote, players simply press down the trigger (the B Button) to fire, or continue the pressure for a more powerful shot. They can also re-position themselves, turning in different directions by aiming the pointer off-screen. On the Nunchuk the Z-Button acts as a zoom function for the camera so that the shot is completely on target.
Think of the classic Duck Hunt mixed with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and that'll give you some kind of idea of what to expect here. There are 8 levels, each split into 3 stages. You must then complete the given tasks to earn points to get you the bronze, silver, gold and platinum awards. Using the Wii Zapper makes this game play as smoothly and as accurately as you could possibly want with an arcade shooter. The difficulty increases as you go through the stages and there is plenty of variety in the levels. It's fast, fluid action that does not tire at all.
Use the Wii Zapper on current and upcoming titles such as Medal of Honour, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Ghost Squad and House of the Dead.
